Night did not come, the Day began

The sunset at the top is a metaphor for death.
Under the sunset is an organ transplant team using a heart-lung machine and a technician in the middle is bending over a container to remove the organ.
At the bottom of the painting is an ocean - representing life, as life originates from the sea. The sea is turbulent
at the left and right of the painting and calm in the center as life has a new beginning.
At the top left is a gray figure which is the unknown. It could be a spirit or soul.
The marble monument at the left foreground stands for all that is special in man. He may choose to make such a shape just because he can.
The distant village on the right side is a destination which represents all our hopes and dreams which we may reach if we travel the river of life and go right around the bend.
